Hospital Admissions

Mumtaz Medical and Dental Complex offers patient accommodation in the general ward, VIP rooms, and Deluxe rooms. Please let the front desk officer know of your preference for the accommodation when you register.

The patient rooms are spacious and comfortable. Each room is equipped with a state-of-the-art hospital bed, modern clinical technology for medical monitoring, easy access to medical gas supply, comfortable seating furniture, smart television, and spacious cupboards for storage of patient belongings. Additional room amenities include a mini refrigerator and soothing mirror-side views designed to provide a calm and tranquil feeling for patients and families.

Deluxe Rooms

The hospital Deluxe rooms offer a higher level of comfort, privacy, and personalized service for individuals seeking a more exclusive healthcare experience. This room is designed to provide a more spacious and well-appointed environment compared to low-level accommodations.

Patients opting for the Deluxe rooms typically receive special amenities, personalized attention from medical staff, and sometimes additional services to enhance their overall hospital experience. The deluxe room is tailored to meet the expectations and preferences of patients who choose a more premium level of care during their hospital stay with the following facilities.

VIP Room

General Ward

The hospital general ward is a section dedicated to providing basic and general medical care for patients. In the general ward, patients receive routine medical attention and care that does not necessarily require specialized facilities or services. This area typically accommodates a variety of medical cases, providing a standard level of care for individuals with common illnesses or minor medical conditions. It serves as an essential component of the hospital, offering accessible healthcare services to a broad spectrum of patients.

The adjoining washrooms are spacious with modern bathroom fixtures, handicap accessible, and supplied with high-quality towels, and toiletries.

To maintain the privacy and dignity of the female patients admitted to the general ward, HUSBANDS AND MALE ATTENDANTS will be allowed during visiting hours only.

For Staff: Parking space available for staff members also.

General Procedures for financial transactions:

Hospital dues payment and clearance“ typically refer to the process of settling financial obligations associated with medical services received at a hospital. Here’s a breakdown of the key elements involved:

Advance payment at Front Desk : At The time of any admission or consultation, the patients/attendants are required to deposit advance payment at front desk and take a receipt of his /her payment from the front desk officer.

Dues clearance: This involves settling any outstanding bills or fees incurred during the patient’s stay at the hospital. Dues will be settled against the advance payment and excess amount will be collected from the patient /attendant .

Clearance Process: Clearance involves confirming that all financial obligations have been met and that there are no outstanding payments. It is a crucial step before a patient is officially discharged from the hospital.

Payment Methods: MDMC provide multiple payment methods, including cash, credit/debit cards, cheques or online payment options. Patients are usually informed about the accepted payment methods during their stay.

Insurance Processing: If the patient has medical insurance coverage, the hospital may coordinate with the insurance provider to process claims and ensure that the applicable portion of the bill is covered.

Documentation: Patients may be required to provide necessary documents, such as insurance cards, identification, or any pre-authorization forms, to facilitate the clearance process.

Discharge Procedure: Once the dues are paid, and clearance is obtained, the hospital can proceed with the discharge process, allowing the patient to leave the facility. Patients and their families need to communicate with the hospital’s billing and administrative staff to understand the details of the dues payment and clearance process and to address any concerns or questions related to financial matters.
